LIBRARY INNOVATION CENTER
The LINC – Library Innovation Center reimagines the role of a public library, transforming a former industrial site in downtown Greeley into a dynamic, community-centered destination. The project adapts and expands the existing Greeley Tribune building into a 60,000+ sf facility that brings together library services, creative spaces, and public gathering areas. Organized around a central point of convergence, the design fosters interaction between learning, making, and community.

KL&A provided structural engineering services for a complex adaptive reuse and expansion, integrating new construction within the existing structure while supporting a wide range of program needs. Large open areas, double-height volumes, and flexible program spaces required thoughtful coordination to maintain both structural efficiency and spatial clarity.
