ELECTRIC PASS LODGE

The structure consists of wood-frame construction over a concrete podium, selected for material efficiency and reduced embodied carbon. The framing system was coordinated to accommodate unit layouts, amenity spaces, and transfer conditions while supporting a high-performance building envelope and fully electrified systems. Energy use is offset through 100% renewable electricity, supported by off-site solar generation and Snowmass’s renewable energy infrastructure.

Delivered in a high-altitude environment with limited site access, the project required detailed coordination of sequencing, material delivery, and winter construction conditions. The resulting structure supports long-term durability and operational efficiency while advancing a fully electric, net-zero model for mountain residential development.
