
Edgewood Tahoe is a luxury resort on the south shore of Lake Tahoe, combining a new lodge, spa, and event spaces within a highly visible lakefront setting. KL&A served as the structural engineer, supporting a design that blends large-scale hospitality spaces with a refined, lodge-inspired character.

The structure utilizes a combination of steel, concrete, and heavy timber to achieve long spans, open interiors, and exposed architectural elements. Complex roof forms and deep overhangs required careful coordination to meet snow, seismic, and durability demands while maintaining the design intent.
