KL&A developed a structural system that maximizes usable space through long-span framing and efficient layouts, minimizing columns within key studio areas. Select exposed structural elements were integrated to support the architectural expression and reflect the building’s focus on making and craft.

Early coordination and a focus on constructability helped align the structural design with building systems and program needs, resulting in a practical, high-performing facility that supports both current and future use.
