KL&A provided construction management, steel detailing, and embodied carbon consulting, helping connect design, fabrication, and field execution. By aligning detailing with sequencing and working closely with the project team, KL&A streamlined coordination and supported efficient delivery across the campus .


Through early evaluation of structural systems and materials, KL&A also helped reduce embodied carbon while maintaining performance and constructability. The result is a forward-thinking civic campus that reflects Boulder’s environmental leadership and the value of an integrated project approach.
