The Art Preserve is a one-of-a-kind museum facility dedicated to housing and celebrating artist-built environments—structures that are often as unconventional as the work they contain. The project required a highly adaptable structural approach to support a wide range of large-scale, irregular installations, many of which push the boundaries of traditional building loads and spatial requirements. KL&A worked closely with the design team to develop a system that could accommodate these demands while maintaining flexibility over time.
