Breckenridge Brewery
65,000 sf complex with three buildings including a brewhouse, production and bottling space, and a restaurant.
Attimo Winery
Renovation of an existing, two story building for use as an operating winery and restaurant. Half of the upper level floor was removed to interior height for forklifts and equipment.
Red Leg Brewing
12,000 sf complex including a brewery building and 2,100 sf taproom.
Lagoon Biergarten Phase I & II
7,200 sf building to be used as a bar and restaurant. Followed by additions to the kitchen and keg cooler of Lagoon Biergarten.
Odell Brewery House Expansion
15,000 sf addition to existing brewery including: 13,000 sf of tap room, brew house and grain handling space to the east of the existing building; 2,000 sf of cellar space west of the existing building. Cellar space features cast-in-place concrete slab capable of supporting 8 fermentation vessels.
