Two Creeks Residence

 

7,700sf wood framed custom residence featuring exposed steel columns and trusses.

 

Shadow Array Sculpture at DIA

 

This large scale public art piece adorns the new light rail terminal at the south terminal redevelopment of the Denver International Airport.  The piece consists of a regular march of cantilevered logs along both embankments of the terminal approach.  Progressive changes in cantilever length lends a dynamic interest to the piece as passengers arrive by train.  Colorado beatle-kill logs are a primary source of material.

 

Anderson Ranch Arts School

 

10,000 sf timber framed ceramics studio incorporating a historic 1880's era log structure

 

Carbondale School

 

10,000 sf timber building with large central room and whimsical roof forms on the corners of the building

 

Great Divide Brewery

 

30,000 sf production facility adjacent to a tasting room.

 

608 Yampa

 

9,300 sq, 3-story mixed use building.  2 stories of residential space above ground level parking and retail space.

 

Sublette County Library - Phase II

 

8,000 sf addition to existing library.  Highlights of project include rammed earth, high seismic, exposed heavy timber trusses

 

Windsor Mill

 

Windsor Mill is a 4 story brick and heavy timber building with stone foundations that was built in the late 1800’s. It was damaged by a tornado in 2008. The approximate square footage is 26,000, and the scope will include rebuilding the 3rd and 4th floor, as well as updating the foundations for a full basement. The planned use for the building is a mix of restaurant, brewery, bar, and general office. It is a historic building.

 

Crandall Building Remodel/Addition

 

The project consists of a 2,500 sf penthouse on the top of the historic Crandall Building.  The remodel/addition to the Crandall Building brought the 1970's building up to 21st century standards while keeping the essence of the building that was originally designed by artist and architect Thomas W. Benton.

 

Peaks View Residence

 

6,500 sf residence in a high snow and seismic region with partially exposed glulam beam construction.

 

Brasada Resort

 

LEED certified resort including a LEED Gold sales office, golf clubhouse, golf pro shop, bed and breakfast, recreation center and a post office.

 

Mossman Bridges

 

More than 30 bridges for pedestrians and golf carts.  The bridges utilize a variety of signature heavy timber forms using a stock of reclaimed timber material as the source.

 

Elk Camp Gondola

 

The on mountain restaurant is located at the top of the gondola and is the first phase of a building that will eventually be the base for outdoor sports and special events.  The building includes a 250 seat restaurant, 1,500 sf of skier services and conference space.  Anticpated LEED Gold.

 

Crossroads Center at Prescott College

 

22,000 sf steel and timber framed sustainably designed project consisting of a library, classrooms, community meeting space and cafe.

 

3 Creek Ranch Compound

 

Custom residence featuring exposed heavy timbers and expansive mountain views located in a high seismic zone.

Sublette Center Independent Living

 

27,000 sf wood framed senior living facility.

 

Johnson County Library Expansion

 

10,000 sf wood post and beam framed addition to and 10,000 sf renovation of existing library.

16,000 sf police station and 50,000 sf city offices.

 

Breckenridge Brewery

 

65,000 sf complex with three buildings including a brewhouse, production and bottling space, and a restaurant.

 

Aspen Residence 1

 

7,000sf custom residence and 3,000sf guest house with exposed heavy timber trusses and framing with large expansive glass.

 

Atlantic Aviation

 

Renovation of 4,000 sf of existing hangar and 1,500 sf wood framed addition.
