45,000 sf middle school addition to an existing high school - LEED Silver.

 

Swigert-McAuliffe International School

 

100,000 sf composite steel, masonry, and precast building consisting of a 1 story and 3 story classroom wings a a central core containing the cafeteria and gym - anticipated LEED Silver

 

National Renewable Energy Laboratories Research Support Facilities Building

 

Situated on the Golden, Colorado campus of the National Renewable Energy Laboratory, the 220,000 sf Research Support Facility is a showcase office building demonstrating that highly efficient, large scale buildings can be both aesthetically pleasing and cost-competitive.  The certified LEED-NC Platinum project is considered one of the most energy efficient buildings of its scale in the world and is on target to operate at a net-zero energy consumption annually.

 

Carbondale Recreation Center

 

11,000 sf sustainably designed recreation facility for the town of Carbondale.  LEED BD+C Platinum certified.

 

Kent Denver Dining Hall

 

20,000 sf cafeteria building including re-use and renovation of 5,600 sf of an existing cafeteria - achieved LEED BD+C Platinum.

 

Creekside West Residences

 

80,000 sf post-tensioned podium slab over parking with four stories of wood framed residential space for assisted senior living - LEED BD+C Platinum

 

Brasada Resort

 

LEED certified resort including a LEED Gold sales office, golf clubhouse, golf pro shop, bed and breakfast, recreation center and a post office.

 

Elk Camp Gondola

 

The on mountain restaurant is located at the top of the gondola and is the first phase of a building that will eventually be the base for outdoor sports and special events.  The building includes a 250 seat restaurant, 1,500 sf of skier services and conference space.  Anticpated LEED Gold.

 

Denver Housing Authority Block 3B

 

145,300 sf comprised of four 2-6 story wood framed buildings on a concrete podium slab over parking and featuring panelized construction - LEED Gold.
