One Steamboat Place

 

One Steamboat Place is mixed-use luxury residential and retail development at the base of Mount Werner, next to Steamboat Ski Company’s main gondola building. The 440,000 sf project includes 80 private residences, two-levels of below grade parking, retail and commercial space, restaurants, boutiques, fitness facilities and a spa.

 

TAXI 2

 

The innovative 550-ft long "landscraper" combines 2-story loft living on the upper floors and retail/office on the lower.  The project is located in River North, Denver's newest emerging neighborhood.

 

1401 Lawrence

 

Cast in place concrete tower with miscellaneous metals package.

 

Cherry Creek North Redevelopment

 

10-story JW Marriott Hotel, 7-story Janus Funds office building, 4-story residential over retail, Crate and Barrel outlet and below and above-grade parking

Crandall Building Remodel/Addition

 

The project consists of a 2,500 sf penthouse on the top of the historic Crandall Building.  The remodel/addition to the Crandall Building brought the 1970's building up to 21st century standards while keeping the essence of the building that was originally designed by artist and architect Thomas W. Benton.

 

Ginger and Baker

 

A restaurant and pie bakery addition to an existing, historical feed and grain building.  New building will be approximately 12,300 sf with two floors and a basement.

 

Basalt Riverwalk

 

Three buildings totaling 45,000 sf surrounding a central courtyard with retail, office and residential space over a below grade parking structure.

 

Vic Square

 

3-story composite steel building with a basement.  The top level will be a penthouse, the second level will be office space, and the ground level will be retail spaces.

 

Broadway and Acoma Lofts

 

2 buildings with a total of 110 residential units and 11,000 sf of ground floor retail space and surface parking.

A renovation included significant interior modifications for a tenant build out to accommodate an "open-air market" concept.  The renovation efforts included strengthening the existing structure and providing new mezzanine levels for future occupants.  Tenant spaces were delineated with exposed cold form stud framing and the front facade was modified to accommodate large, glazed, operable doors.

Rzeka Live/Work

 

Six building complex with fifteen two to three story Live/Work units with tuck under parking. The structure is wood panelized construction on concrete grade beams supported by a helical pier foundation system. 

 

Windsor Mill

 

Windsor Mill is a 4 story brick and heavy timber building with stone foundations that was built in the late 1800’s. It was damaged by a tornado in 2008. The approximate square footage is 26,000, and the scope will include rebuilding the 3rd and 4th floor, as well as updating the foundations for a full basement. The planned use for the building is a mix of restaurant, brewery, bar, and general office. It is a historic building.

 

Grant Park

 

8-story, 135,000 sf condominium project consisting of residential units, ground-floor retail and 2 floors of below-grade parking

 

DHA Phase IV

 

105,000 sf, cast in place or post-tensioned concrete apartment complex with 2 and 3 stories of wood framing over concrete framed parking and commercial levels, anticipated LEED TBD. 93 units.

 

Freight

 

28,000 sf, mixed-use building is a remodel of a former freight terminal. It is located in the Taxi development of the Denver Rhino district.

 

Jerome Professional Building

 

40,000 sf mixed use building with 5 stories above parking.
