One Steamboat Place is mixed-use luxury residential and retail development at the base of Mount Werner, next to Steamboat Ski Company’s main gondola building. The 440,000 sf project includes 80 private residences, two-levels of below grade parking, retail and commercial space, restaurants, boutiques, fitness facilities and a spa.
The innovative 550-ft long "landscraper" combines 2-story loft living on the upper floors and retail/office on the lower. The project is located in River North, Denver's newest emerging neighborhood.

The project consists of a 2,500 sf penthouse on the top of the historic Crandall Building. The remodel/addition to the Crandall Building brought the 1970's building up to 21st century standards while keeping the essence of the building that was originally designed by artist and architect Thomas W. Benton.

A renovation included significant interior modifications for a tenant build out to accommodate an "open-air market" concept. The renovation efforts included strengthening the existing structure and providing new mezzanine levels for future occupants. Tenant spaces were delineated with exposed cold form stud framing and the front facade was modified to accommodate large, glazed, operable doors.

Windsor Mill is a 4 story brick and heavy timber building with stone foundations that was built in the late 1800’s. It was damaged by a tornado in 2008. The approximate square footage is 26,000, and the scope will include rebuilding the 3rd and 4th floor, as well as updating the foundations for a full basement. The planned use for the building is a mix of restaurant, brewery, bar, and general office. It is a historic building.
