November 2008	KL&A becomes a member of USGBC to help further the green building of America and beyond!
October 2008	KL&A Ranks 7th in 2008! KL&A came in seventh in the sixth annual Structural Engineer Best Structural Engineering Firm To Work For contest. Nationally, forty-nine firms entered the competition, ranging in size from 10 to more than 500 employees. Ninety percent of KL&A employees responded to the Employee Satisfaction Survey. For the purposes of the contest, all of the Employee Satisfaction Survey questions were graded using a method that compared a firm’s average positive response to the average positive response of the contestant pool - the Benchmark.
